6LACK Drops New 'East Atlanta Love Letter' Single "Nonchalant"
Our first taste of what’s to come.

Earlier this month, 6LACK revealed the title of his next studio album: East Atlanta Love Letter. Jumpstarting that project’s promotional campaign, the talented singer-songwriter is back with a new single in support of the LP.
Titled “Nonchalant,” 6LACK’s latest record is a textbook display of its creator’s melancholic and moody approach to blending together R&B and hip-hop. Notably, the track also comes to us a month after the debut of the “Switch” video.
“I give a piece of me to everybody I meet / Not because they want it, it’s because it’s probably in me,” 6LACK spits. “Claim they woke but they probably asleep /In a cage, thinking if they’d make a mil’ they’ll be free like Meek, nah / I turned a nightmare right into a dream, yeah / I keep my sanity, ’cause I ain’t on the scene, yeah.”

Earlier this summer, 6LACK, Khalid and Ty Dolla $ign teamed up for the “OTW” video.
