Tesla Released Limited Edition Surfboards
Retailing for $1,500 USD.
Elon Musk is no stranger to releasing left-field products, such as The Boring Company Flamethrower, which proved to be a sell-out. This time, it’s Tesla, which has just released a limited edition surfboard retailing for $1,5000 USD on its website.
The limited edition red and black Tesla surfboard is designed in collaboration with Lost Surfboards and Matt “Mayhem” Biolos. The boards feature a mix of the same high-quality matte and gloss finished used on Tesla cars coming, reinforced with light-weight “Black Dart” carbon fiber and emblazoned with tonal logos in subtle gloss finishes. The boards can fit inside or outside the Tesla Model S, X and 3 vehicles.
Each surfboard is made to order and limited to only 200 units. Though the surfboards are currently sold out on the Tesla website, there’s still a chance for a future re-release. Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
