Nike’s Hyperdunk X Will Soon Debut in Black/Red for Summer
The wave continues.
Nike appears ready to move forward with yet another new colorway for its contemporary Hyperdunk X silhouette. Seen last week in a “Pure Platinum” low top and a patriotic-themed high-top, this new rendition, however, opts for a two-tone motif, separating the model into a frontside black portion with red taking up room at the rear, including the heel and collar areas.
A woven jacquard/mesh composition comprises much of the upper and comes equipped with a Flywire lacing system — ideal for a secure lockdown fit — with a decorative leather heel patch adorning the back. Sitting directly below, the Zoom-enhanced midsole and multidirectional outsole round out the new iteration. Priced at $130 USD, you can look for this new Hyperdunk X at select Nike stores and its online shop sometime later this summer.
In case you missed it, the adidas Y-3 Kusari gets the “Triple Black” treatment.
