New York Sunshine Joins GGDB for Hoops-Inspired "Labor of Love" Project

Creative collective New York Sunshine teamed up with GGDB, Golden Goose Deluxe Brand, for a “Labor of Love” art project at the Venice Architecture Biennale. As part of a seven-performance series, “Labor of Love” looks to American basketball and craftsmanship with installation artwork by NYS that celebrates the launch of the new STARDAN sneaker.
The STARDAN sneaker sports iconic colors of US basketball teams with net mesh detailing that nods to court hoops. There will be five colorways of red/black, all-white, black/gray, blue/black and white/black. Each model will appear in both a distressed version (numbered edition) as well as a very limited clean version.
The first STARDAN colorway, red/black, will release on July 12 exclusively online and at the GGDB Flag London Dover Street, and on the 13 at all other GGDB retailers.
