JAY-Z Turns His Personal Struggles Into Art With New "Kill Jay Z" Video
“But you gotta do better, boy, you owe it to Blue.”
JAY-Z continues to drop new videos for songs off his fourteenth studio album 4:44. After the clip for the Damian Marley-assisted LP cut “BAM” landed on YouTube, Hov once again took to his platform of choice to unveil a new visual for one his latest project’s most talked-about records. Continuing to piece together the puzzle that is the visual side of 4:44, the NYC legend connects with directors Gerard Bush & Christopher Renz. One of the standout selections on the new JAY Z project, “Kill Jay Z” serves a way for its creator to exorcise his personal demons and take apart his own ego.
Currently available for viewing as a TIDAL exclusive, the “Kill Jay Z” clip can be checked out above. For more, check out the previously-released video in support of the 4:44 title track.
