Vans Vault Expands Its Deconstructed “Inside Out” Pack
Coming in new pastel colorways.
After revealing deconstructed Sk8-Hi and Slip-On silhouettes — coming in black and marshmallow — Vans Vault has now added new colorways to the pack. The new styles include the use of Vans’ signature checkerboard print, with a tonal blue colorway and a pastel pink-and-yellow design appearing throughout the collection. The pack also features the addition of the Vans Authentic and Style 36 silhouettes.
The collection features key design touches from the first “Cap LX” release, with elements that have drawn comparisons to Virgil Abloh’s ongoing Nike collaboration. This includes the “OFF THE WALL” lace tag and the use of contrasting materials on each sneaker. The collection’s inside-out theme is also referenced on the use of a monochrome checkerboard lining with an off-white exterior. The “Inside Out” pack will release as part of Vans’ Fall/Winter 2018 offering in the near future.
