ROARINGWILD Salutes Tradition With "EYESIGHT" Editorial
The Chinese label reunites with Japanese collaborators.

Showcasing the label’s detail-heavy Spring/Summer 2018 range, Shenzhen’s ROARINGWILD reunites with stylist Teppei and photographer Tatsuya Yamanaka for another “EYESIGHT” editorial. The new shoot showcases the brand’s colorful gear and technical layers amongst traditional Japanese architecture, including a 100-year-old tea room and the Tokyo National Museum. A host of printed tees and sweats complement branded headgear, slouchy coats and track gear, with bold graphic touches — like care tags stitched outside arm seams — adding extra flair to oversized shirting. Shirts are unbuttoned and tucked in to create billowy silhouettes, further exaggerated by extended base layers and shorts.
