Joey Bada$$‘ seminal debut mixtape that released back in 2012 is officially available now on all digital streaming services. It’s been six years in the making, but for Joey fans who weren’t subscribed to his SoundCloud page, now might be a good time to revisit the classic. 1999 was the breakout project from the young Brooklyn emcee who go on become one of the brightest stars in hip-hop. The project also features appearances from long-time cronies Chuck Strangers, CJ Fly, Kirk Knight and his fallen brother, the late-great Capital STEEZ.
