There’s been a myriad of Prince tributes since The Purple One’s untimely passing a couple months ago, but this might go down as one of the best. Last month, the nominees for the categories spotlighted during the BET Awards were revealed. Now, it’s been announced that a very special Prince tribute is being planned for the BET Awards ceremony. To honor Prionce, D’Angelo, Janelle Monae, The Roots and more will take the stage for a tribute performance. No word yet on the specifics, but expect some incredible sights and sounds come Sunday, June 26.
