Teaming up with emaygee FILMWORKS, Converse has produced a run of “8MM” Converse One Stars. The shoe is constructed in frayed white canvas, and has subtle details like invisible printing on the upper-most foxing of the midsole. The translucent sole has the words “DO NOT X-RAY,” as the radiation is said to damage film over time. Founded in 2016 by filmmaker Mark Anthony Green, emaygee FILMWORKS has been known to produce music videos, art films, and short films — notably his original comedic short film about political correctness, Trapeze U.S.A.
