Rizzoli Launches Ralph Lauren Book to Commemorate 50th Anniversary
‘WWD: Fifty Years of Ralph Lauren’ promises never-before-seen archival Lauren photographs.

Just as the designer receives CFDA’s first-ever “Members Salute,” American icon Ralph Lauren‘s legacy will also be celebrated by WWD as the publication joins Rizzoli to issue WWD: Fifty Years of Ralph Lauren. The expansive tome will delve into WWD‘s archive of photographs from the brand’s history, stretching all the way back to the ’60s and ’70s. “Some people keep diaries of their daily lives,” wrote Lauren in the book’s forward. “I never had to, because DNR and WWD have been looking over my shoulder since 1964.”

Last month, Lauren’s Polo imprint revealed its limited edition CP-93 collection, debuting next month.
