Marina Abramovic & Pussy Riot's Nadya Tolokonnikova Come Together for 'New York Times' Talks
An unmissable conversation between the performance artist and punk rock activist.

Following its segment with influential photographer and recent Supreme collaborator Nan Goldin, New York Times is gearing up for its next Times Talks segment with Marina Abramovic and Pussy Riot’s Nadya Tolokonnikova. The forthcoming event will offer a most interesting dialogue between the cohorts, divulging personal insights on Abramovic’s tantalizing works of performance art alongside the Russian punk activist’s politically-charged pieces that touch upon “resisting censorship, mass surveillance and torture in prisons and police departments,” said NY Times.
The discussion will be held at the Florence Gould Hall in New York City this May 14 at 7 p.m. EST. Tickets are available for purchase now for approximately $40 USD at the official Times Talks website.
