Jean Jullien Celebrates New Exhibition With BEAMS T & Rutsubo Collaborations

Fresh from his latest collaboration with Champion, French artist Jean Jullien has another T-shirt capsule on the way. This time linking up with BEAMS T and Rutsubo, the joint release is to celebrate Jullien’s upcoming “Onaji Umi” exhibition at GALLERY TARGET in Tokyo’s Harajuku district.

As well as Jullien’s classic satire works and character figures, the exhibition is set to feature new oil painting pieces — which is reflected in the graphics appearing across the T-shirts. As well as collaborative tees, Jullien’s capsule with Rutsubo will see his works transferred on to leather accessories and skate decks. The collaborations are set to launch alongside the opening of the exhibition — which has been curated by BEAMS & CO – on May 11.
