Here’s a catchy delivery, called “Splintered Arms,” by rising singer Liyv, who’s out to provide the world with sophisticated dream-pop. The Seattle-based 19-year-old artist decided to unveil a visual translation of the tune, which finds her taking a spiritual troll through the forest.Along with the audiovisual offering, Liyv also shared following words on the song’s making-of and upcoming plans:

“Splintered Arms started out as something I wrote in high school to pass the time, and while it has changed over the years, it’s been oh-so-surreal to watch something that I began that long ago find life in both the video and song. In addition to my commitment to release a song every month, I’m currently working on a concept album which will be ready for release next spring, accompanied by a series of music videos and live shows in the Seattle area.”
