Shanghai’s DOE channels traditional Chinese principles for a limited adidas UltraBOOST XENO. Following up on its culturally-referential Spring/Summer 2018 collection, the streetwear retailer’s collaborative runner is informed by the concept of Yin and Yang. Created with the miadidas customization functionality, the runner offers bi-color cages on its upper, with contrasting black and white detailing relating to the philosophical intent. Otherwise, the shoe maintains its monochrome colors with a black Primeknit upper and sockliner, and white BOOST midsole and heel plate.

The shoes, limited to 100 pairs, release to friends and family in the coming weeks before arriving at the retailer’s Chinese stores.

Elsewhere, adidas debuted its UltraBOOST Laceless in “Core Black.”
