clothsurgeon Drops 1-of-1 Patchwork Nike Coat and Vest
Crafted from sweatpants and a running jacket.
London’s clothsurgeon returns with another range of rebuilt clothing. This drop centers around a pair of unique outerwear pieces crafted from vintage Nike wearables.
Part of the designer’s “Reconstruct Project,” a vest and double-breasted overcoat have been crafted from an assortment of unwanted Nike goods. Six pairs of fleece sweatpants were repurposed for the coat, which is fully lined and accented by Swooshes either taken from the pants or hand-stitched. Meanwhile, a utility vest has been crafted from a running jacket, which now sports lining, a host of pockets and RiRi hardware. Naturally, the 3M striping of the jacket grants the vest similar reflective properties.
Each piece is 1-of-1, meaning no more will be made. Head over to clothsurgeon’s website for a closer look at the limited pieces.
