BMW Reveals Luxurious Designs for Virgin Hyperloop One's Passenger Cabins
Futuristic pods and first-class amenities.

BMW Group’s Designworks company recently unveiled new passenger cabin designs for the Virgin Hyperloop One system that will connect with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
The designs feature futuristic capsules complete with first-class amenities such as premium seating, sizable personal space, entertainment systems, cooling and heating functions, as well as custom mood lighting. Not to mention, Designworks embellished traditional Arabi patterns throughout the cabins for added flair. Each one of these pods is capable of traveling “through vacuum-sealed tubes at speeds of 671 mph,” as per Travel + Leisure. Virgin Hyperloop One is expecting to have at least three operating systems across the United Arab Emirates by 2021. A connection between Abu Dhabi and Dubai could presumably reduce travel time from 90 minutes to 12 minutes.
