Travis Scott has found himself on the end of a lawsuit due to missing a concert appearance. Events company PJAM has filed the suit, claiming that they paid the artist $150,000 USD of his $200,000 USD fee in advance and haven’t received a refund. In addition to this, they also claim to have paid his agent a $10,000 USD booking fee as well as spending on event’s advertising and hired a private jet to ensure Scott arrived.

TMZ reports that the company is suing for the above fees and also claiming that it suffered “repetitional harm” from the cancellation. PJAM also argue that Scott “refused” to appear for the concert, which was scheduled for February 3. Scott announced the birth of his daughter Stormi one day later, on February 4, which is believed to be the reason for the cancellation.

In related news, you can hear Scott teaming up with Rae Sremmurd on an as-yet-untitled song.
