Reese Drops "Freak Nique" Video
“I need a Hot Girl like ‘99 Weezy.”

Reese pays homage to an old-school era of Atlanta in his latest video for “Freak Nique.” Rappers like Chuck Inglish have pulled similar inspiration from the same vein, and Reese stands as a fitting champion of Atlanta and the city’s culture. “Freak Nique” was originally featured on Reese’s most recent project DSNRTRAPN2, which also featured collaborations alongside Lamb$, Bankroll Fresh, Kool John and Wiz Khalifa. Speaking on today’s drop, Reese tells FADER,”If you have never been to Atlanta, this is going to make you want to slide through—like its ‘96.” You can check the Peter Dmitriyev-directed visual for “Freak Nique” above. Reese will also be performing at our upcoming SXSW Showcase with House of Vans.
