Nike Reveals Tuned Air Pack Inspired by Shark Bites
“Before” and “After” the attack.
Along with the introduction of the new Flyknit style and a seasonally-appropriate Air Vapormax Flyknit 2.0 in “Light Cream,” Nike is also teaming up with Foot Locker to unleash two unique takes on the Tuned Air — a reworked version of the Air Max Plus — silhouette.
Made up of the “Before the Bite” and “After the Bite” colorways, the two-pair Nike Tuned Air “Shark Bite” collection puts a creative spin on an otherwise traumatic experience: getting bit by a shark. Notably, the “Before the Bite” comes in a white, dark grey and “Speed Red” blend; the “After the Bite” version features a white, “Team Red” and “Speed Red” design.
You can take a look at the new Nike Tuned Air models above. The Foot Locker Family of Brands has exclusive retail rights to the shoe, meaning you will only be able to find it at Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs Sports, Eastbay and other related stores; both styles retail for $170 USD each.
