Take a Look Around mastermind JAPAN's Tokyo Flagship Store
Launching with a Kangol collaboration.
Japanese label mastermind JAPAN has opened its first Tokyo flagship store, with a new space in the city’s Hibiya Midtown mall. The store — which is located on the center’s second floor — is designed to look like a bank vault, with safety deposit boxes, thick concrete walls and a statement gold door.
Arguably the stand-out feature of the space is the mastermind-branded pool table that sits in the middle and comes complete with specially made balls. Elsewhere, the new flagship boasts an impressive array of mastermind pieces, ranging from the label’s most recent Vans collaboration to special edition decks of cards. To mark the launch of the store, mastermind is also set to release a selection of collaborative Kangol pieces, including T-shirts and hats. Take a look around the new Hibiya Midtown store above, with the space set to open its doors on March 29.
In addition to opening the store, mastermind is also set to release a logo-heavy GUNDAM collaboration.
