Majical Cloudz Are No More
All good things come to an end.
One of the more acclaimed, popular indie duos of the past few years has split up. Majical Cloudz — who have released several excellent projects since their 2010 debut effort — have announced that they have broken up. Group member Devon Walsh made had the following to say earlier today:
Over the last few months Matt and I decided that Are You Alone? would be the last Majical Cloudz record, and that after doing some touring we would be moving on to other projects and adventures.”
Thankfully, the split appears to be amicable and both members will continue on in music with solo endeavors. Here’s hoping there are many solid solo records from both in the near future.
