BAPE Drops Pair of Graphic Tees for Cherry Blossom Season
Springtime means sakura.
BAPE is back with more seasonal goods, after introducing the 1ST CAMO shoulder bag yesterday. This time, the label is introducing a pair of graphic shirts in time for the resurgence of cherry blossoms in Japan. The “SAKURA APE HEAD PHOTO TEE” and “SAKURA COLLEGE TEE” each draw upon established BAPE imagery: the former places a photo of a person wearing a Shark Hoodie in front of Mt. Fuji inside of the infamous Ape Head silhouette, while the latter offers a smattering of pink cherry blossoms around classic BAPE branding. Both graphics are offered on black and white T-shirts.
Look for the drop to hit on March 31.
Meanwhile, BAPE may have another adidas Originals collaboration in the works, this time centering around the Samba.
