adidas Originals Revamps NMD OG Runner With "Shadow Knit Season 2" Drop
Another upgrade to the fan favorite.
adidas Originals continue to work on the NMD shape, this time dropping the newest pack entitled “Shadow Knit season 2.” It consists of the OG NMD Runner and NMD CS2, with both shoes using the usual full Primeknit upper, BOOST midsole and EVA plug inserts. The runner uses 3 welded stripes and a molded heel patch with a branded heel pull while the CS2 has embroidered detailing on the heel and contrast accents on the collar and heel pull.
The key change for this drop is the new upgrade to Primeknit, which the pack is named after. The reason it’s called shadow knit is because it creates a colour-changing effect on the upper, which resembles shadows. The Shadow Knit season 2 pack will be released on March 15 at adidas’ web store.
In other footwear news, Fila teamed up with BNP Paribas on a pair of slides and tennis shoes.
