Vince Staples Is Going to Drop a New Album "Very Soon"
He’s also launching an expansive U.S. tour this month.
Late last week, Vince Staples delivered his first major record of 2017 with the release of the powerful single “BagBak.” Now, it looks like we have some concrete, official details concerning his next studio album. As Pitchfork reports, Vince Staples’s label has revealed plans to drop the Long Beach rapper’s new project “very soon.” The Summertime ‘06 followup will reportedly be shipped to fans who purchase the VIP bundle package for Vince Staples and Kilo Kish’s forthcoming ‘The Life Aquatic Tour,’ which is set to begin later this month on February 24. To fans, no word yet concerning the LP’s specifics, but we do know that “BagBak” will be included in the project.
