M.I.A. Release "Boom ADD," Attacks NFL
A continuation of 2013’s “Boom Skit”
M.I.A. is known for her opinionated remarks woven into her song lyrics, and her latest release is no different. An extended version of 2013’s “Boom Skit” which appeared on her album Matangi, the artist looks to continue her social commentary, this time attacking the NFL. Back in 2012, M.I.A. was embroiled in a lawsuit with the football league over her performance at the Super Bowl where she flipped the bird on camera. While they reached a settlement in 2014, it looks like M.I.A. hasn’t left that behind yet. Check out the song below.
