Margaret Howell Displays More Classic Silhouettes for Fall/Winter 2018
Understated class from the British designer.
London-based designer Margaret Howell is known for her understated collections that feature updated versions of classic pieces. For Fall/Winter 2018, the designer — and her namesake label — continued to build on this legacy with a collection that was unveiled at a co-ed show during London Fashion Week.
Many of the key pieces in this collection build on previous seasons, with Howell’s signature minimalist and utilitarian aesthetic apparent in pieces including trench coats, strong knitwear and check shirts. Elsewhere, the 2018 fall/winter capsule features everything from relaxed tailoring and cropped trousers to heavy-duty outerwear and a range of pieces in a new paisley pattern.
