After its widely successful React Element 87 release, Nike GYAKUSOU is now preparing new takes on the established Zoom Pegasus Turbo running model.

From new images, we can see that UNDERCOVER designer Jun Takahashi has opted for a unique toggle lacing system, and has largely kept the shoe’s silhouette intact. Once again Jun has gone for a selection of contrasting tri-color looks that reflect the sport of running and his personal design sensibility.

The reworked uppers feature a dynamic overlay pattern that expresses GYAKUSOU branding on the toe and sees Swoosh logos at the midfoot region. Additional detailing comes in the form of reflective 3M hits that frame the vamp area. Lastly, a contrasting ZoomX midsole is accompanied by a traction-focused rubber outsole — rounding off the design of the shoe.

No official drop notes just yet, but rumors are noting the GYAKUSOU x Nike Zoom Pegasus Turbo is set to release sometime during the Spring/Summer 2019 season.

In case you missed it, Hiroshi Fujiwara recently debunked rumors of a fragment design x Air Jordan 1 “Black Toe.”
