Legendary Pictures released a new trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters, showcasing a slew of footage that highlights kaji smashing about various cities and each other. The film is a direct sequel to 2015’s Godzilla, as well as the third movie in Legendary’s MonsterVerse, following 2017’s Kong: Skull Island.
The video above reveals Godzilla going against some of his most famous archenemies, including Mothra, Rodan, and the three-headed King Ghidorah. Members of the crypto-zoological agency, including a small child played by Millie Bobbie Brown, round-out the cast of humans caught in the mythological superspecies’ fight for supremacy. Also starring Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, and O’Shea Jackson Jr, Godzilla: King of the Monsters opens in theaters on May 31, 2019.
