Epic Games Reveals "14 Days of Fortnite" Event
More holiday cheer.

A new update in Epic Games‘ Battle Royale sensation reveals a new event based on Christmas entitled “14 Days of Fortnite.” The occasion will provide themed content for both Battle Royale and the new Save the World mode, which is slated to begin December 19.
“The holidays have hit Battle Royale, and it’s shown across the map in a variety of ways,” reads the dev’s recent blog post. “Pick up a Snowball Launcher or hide within a holiday-lit Legendary Bush after dropping from the festive Battle Bus! In addition to the map makeover, the 14 Days of Fortnite event will feature a new challenge with a new free reward every single day.”
Save the World mode will feature winter-themed enemies, but is currently down to fix some bugs. There will also be an added quest every day, which earns users snowflake tickets to use in store as well as a free Upgrade Llama pinata.
In other Fortnite news, Carlton from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is suing Epic Games for using his dance.
Save the World has been disabled while we investigate issues with the Stormshield Storage and the Frostnite mode.
