FULL-BK Drops '90s-Tinged SS19 "ACID" Lookbook
References range from ‘Friends’ to NASA logos.

DJ Daruma’s FULL-BK is back with a throwback Spring/Summer 2019 range. Taking cues from ’90s rave culture, “ACID” serves up a bevy of referential imagery by way of various prints.
Along with traditional-style dragon graphics, the goods are emblazoned with flames, 8-balls, gabber references (two birds with “HARDCORE” printed in Japanese below) and all-over “acid” text, accompanied by faux logos. Pill-shaped shoulder bags, bucket hats and pleated trousers are joined by more traditional detailing in line with the dragon graphics, such as Chinese button closure, haori-style zipper shirts and striped robes. Sportswear accents also appear throughout, like nylon parkas and colorblocked track suits, juxtaposed against street-friendly staples like printed MA-1 jackets, dropped-shoulder hoodies and caps sporting complementary branding.
Look for the collection to hit FULL-BK’s web store shortly.
