Yung Lean Returns With New Mixtape 'Poison Ivy'
Fully produced by Whitearmor.
Since displaying a noticeable musical maturity with his third-studio album Stranger, Yung Lean is back with a new mixtape dubbed Poison Ivy.
Serving as the Swedish rapper’s third mixtape, the project is completely produced by longtime collaborator Whitearmor and features a more subdued tone than his previous releases. Throughout Poison Ivy, Leandoer transitions between his pop culture-informed rap style and a unique form of lackadaisical crooning that meshes perfectly with the dreamy beats crafted by Whitearmor. Notable tracks include the already released “happy feet,” “silicon wings” and the tape’s hardest hitting track “french hotel.”
