After teaming up for a variety of floral Spring/Summer 2018 goods, Yohji Yamamoto rejoins New Era for another seasonal capsule. Unlike the duo of hats designed by the sportswear company and Yamamoto sublabel Y’s, this Fall/Winter 2018 offering delivers a wide range of wearables, ranging from a functional backpack to monochrome layering pieces.

The Japanese designer’s script logo is emblazoned across a small variety of hats, including flat and curved brim snapbacks and a beanie, the former of which are executed in the capsule’s core palette of navy and black. The same branding is scrawled across tonal T-shirts and a matching hoodie, with minimal detailing placing emphasis upon the contrasting white signature. A hefty backpack is the collection’s sole backpack, with straps and buckles complementing the athletic motif put forth by the collection’s key item: a bi-color varsity jacket, executed in winter-ready leather and wool.

Shop the new range on New Era JP’s website and Yamamoto’s stockists when it releases on November 10.

Most recently, Yamamoto debuted a series of intarsia knits in collaboration with Cyborg 009.
