G-SHOCK Debuts Premium, Bluetooth-Enabled MT-G Watches
Top-of-the-line timepieces.
G-SHOCK‘s top-shelf timepiece line, the MT-G watches, return for fall in a duo of new makeups. Silver and grey iterations sport colorful accents on their bands and all-metal straps, adding a hint of youthfulness to the sophisticated designs. Both also utilize G-SHOCK’s Bluetooth connectivity, which allows them to pair with the company’s in-house app for precise timekeeping. Elsewhere, other details carried over from past MT-G watches return, including scratch-resistant sapphire crystal faces, solar charging capabilities, a built-in alarm and G-SHOCK’s proprietary Two-Way Time Sync, a functionality that guarantees self-adjusting accurate time across the globe.
The MTGB1000D-1A (grey) and MTGB1000BD-1A (silver) are currently available via G-SHOCK’s website and New York store for $900 USD and $1,000 USD, respectively.
Most recently, the watch brand joined Nissan for a collaborative, GT-R-inspired timepiece.
