Slam Jam Wraps adidas Consortium Superstar & P.O.D. S3.1 in Minimalist New Colorways
Featuring the Italian label’s commitment to “connecting tribes of like-minded people across the world.”
After partnering with United Arrows last year, Slam Jam and adidas Consortium have reunited for an understated new capsule. The pack features stripped back takes on the Superstar and the P.O.D. S3.1, both of which come in a muted colorway offset with subtle detailing.
The Superstar features a smooth leather shell toe, with a blacked out heel panel and off-white laces. This design is finished with Slam Jam x adidas Consortium branding on one side, and Slam Jam’s “connecting tribes of like-minded people across the world” motto on the other.
For the P.O.D. S3.1, Slam Jam has wrapped the sneaker’s neoprene and soft leather upper in a white and cream colorway. This is offset with contrasting materials around the heel tab, lacing and exposed tongue. The full pack will hit Slam Jam’s site on November 10, before releasing on November 17 via the adidas web store and select retailers.
