Rae Sremmurd's "Black Beatles" Lands on Billboard's No. 1 Spot

[gallery columns="3"]Rae Sremmurd lands their first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 single with “Black Beatles,” dethroning the longest reigning No. 1 song of the year, The Chainsmokers and Halsey’s “Closer.” After “Black Beatles” hit number one, Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee told Billboard: “You do what you want in this world, and people either love you or hate you for it. Thanks to everyone that stands behind us.” Slim Jxmmi added: “Unlock the swag, shoutout to the fans that supported ‘Black Beatles.’”
The track is also the first No. 1 for its feature guest, Gucci Mane and Mike WiLL Made-It. The track recently gained popularity due to the viral #MannequinChallenge videos, which has “Black Beatles” as the unofficial soundtrack, with real life Beatle member Paul McCartney also taking on the challenge.
