Stüssy's Holiday 2018 Collection Is Packed With Patterns
Tie-dye, paisley, patchwork and fungi, for good measure.
Fresh from its recent New York sample sale, Stüssy is getting into the seasonal swing of things with a fresh selection of wintertime gear. Part of the Holiday 2018 range, a new lookbook showcases the wide-ranging offering, which includes hints of tailoring, skate gear and workwear, all blended together.
Generously-cut plaid and striped layering pieces add immediate visual interest to base layers, with graphic T-shirts further boosting the selection’s rich color palette. Fleece jackets, tracksuits and branded coaches make for easygoing, comfortable wintertime layering pieces, while a hickory-striped jacket and blue-collar moleskin set-up help to reinforce the rugged influences. Other patterns include checkerboards across a puffer jacket, a Rococo-influenced sweatsuit, paisley shirt and patchwork overcoat, while more playful styling comes courtesy of a hefty corduroy shirt printed with a variety of mushrooms.
Look for the first release from Stüssy’s Holiday 2018 range to hit Stüssy’s website, retail spots and Dover Street Market London on October 26.
