UPDATE: The English trailer for Dragon Ball Super: Broly has arrived.
The new trailer for the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Broly has come out of New York Comic Con and it delves into the now revamped history of the Saiyans, as well as the origins of Goku, Vegeta, and Broly.
In the footage above, we see Frieza in his first form without armor along with his father King Cold and the Ginyu Force, strong-arming the Saiyan race on Planet Vegeta to become his pawns in universal domination. We also see that Vegeta, whose previously been depicted as older than Goku and Broly, has been aged down to match theirs, showcasing they were born roughly around the same time. We also get a preview of how they all departed from the planet as well before its destruction, retconning and contextualizing again on further information only touched upon in previous television specials and Dragon Ball-related shows.
