Following up on the brand’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection, we have a behind-the-scenes look at Pigalle‘s nonconformist presentation.

Casting ballet dancers instead of traditional models, Creative Director Stéphane Ashpool referenced memories formed as a youth growing up in a dance studio for the brand’s Fall/Winter 2018 show. Prior to the exhibition, models practiced fluid movements on the unconventional runway, as harsh lights shined down on the collection’s atypical blends of textiles and patterns. A live band accompanied the performance, adding an extra level of showmanship to the proceedings.
