Wentz also expressed how when JAY-Z was the President and CEO of Def Jam Recordings back in the 2000s, the rapper and Beyoncé would go see Fall Out Boy’s “little shows” at Webster Hall. Not to mention, he relayed his utmost praise for Kanye West expressing that he’s “awesome because I think he approaches everything like a pure artist. What the culture is doing, doesn’t matter.”
