adidas Originals Reveals Basketball-Inspired Take on EQT ADV
An athletic-influenced version of the sneaker.
After dropping an EQT tribute to the Berlin Metro earlier this month, adidas Originals has now unveiled a new silhouette for the range. The new EQT BBall sneaker takes influences from basketball and mixes them with the brand’s EQT ADV silhouette for a new high-top iteration of the sneaker.
The sneaker takes inspiration from the inner-boot design of classic basketball sneakers, while the athletic influence is also clear in the molded TPU panels around the heel and forefoot that give the shoe extra support. The BBall ADV also keeps some classic EQT design elements, with the signature integrated 3-stripe branding and 3-stripe midsole details remaining, while the heel features embroidery in the iconic EQT shade of green.
