McLaren MSO X Is a Street-Legal 570S GT4 on Steroids
Sold out in a flash.
McLaren‘s customization division, McLaren Special Operations, has just revealed a new street-legal car dubbed the McLaren MSO X — a 570S GT4-style supercar made specifically for customers of the British automaker’s Newport Beach branch.
The MSO X was a commissioned bespoke project that reworked a 570S blueprint with a slew of street-ready updates. Exterior upgrades include front dive planes, an MSO titanium super sports exhaust, functional roof snorkel, Pirelli P ZERO CORSA tires, carbon-fiber paneling and a generous pylon-mounted rear wing which reportedly produces a maximum of 220 pounds of downforce. The interior is fixed with a carbon-fiber monocoque, seats and rear bulkhead.
The MSO X debuted with 10 hand-built models, however, all of them have already been sold and delivered to customers. Stay tuned for future production details and in the meantime, Ferrari revealed plans for electric supercar and SUV designs.
