Google's I/O 2018 Conference Date Has Been Revealed
In an online Google Maps game.

Just as last year, the official date for Google‘s I/O developer conference was revealed through an online puzzle. The event will take place from May 8 to May 10 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. The Verge, with the help of over 100 Discord users, cracked the Google Maps puzzle, which indicated the date and location of the conference.
Although not much else was revealed in the wake of the puzzle, a pineapple cake in one room of the game is rumored to be a nod towards the official name for the upcoming Android P, the next slated operating system for the tech giant.
In other Google news, Android 8.1 Oreo can now show you public Wi-Fi network speeds.
