Nike and Dover Street Market Are Working on a Trio of Air Max 1s
Featuring translucent outsoles.

Dover Street Market and Nike are pairing up once again, this time offering a collaborative spin on the Air Max 1. The duo last linked up in December on a range of retro T-shirts, but look to build upon their sneaker catalogue, which already includes renditions on the Dunk High and Air Jordan 1.
From these early teaser images, we can see dual branding landing on each shoe with translucent outsoles — giving way to oversized Swoosh symbols sitting on the footbed. Sporting a tonal black upper accompanied by a textured collar and a clean white midsole, it is believed that two more iterations are also on deck, one in white the other in “Brave Blue.” Although a release date has still yet to be confirmed, the shoes are expected to fetch a price tag of $150 USD.
In other sneaker news, Nike will soon debut the Air Max 97 in “Metallic Red Bronze.”
