Following the release of the highly anticipated continuation to their 2012 Nike Air Force 1 “30th Anniversary” shoe, we take a closer look at the Dover Street Market x NikeLab Air Jordan 1. For the multidisciplinary fashion house’s latest collaboration with Nike, Dover Street Market has rendered the iconic high-top silhouette to consist of a deep blue, patent leather upper whilst retaining the model’s recognizable white midsole. The Air Jordan wing logo sits in its respective place above the ankle line with stitched Nike branding adoring the tongue. If you were not able to get your hands on a pair of the remodeled classics following their April 16 launch via DSM’s webpage or from a selected Nike location, the accompanying T-shirt and cap commemorating the collaboration will be released in May. Stay tuned for further information.
