An Exclusive First Look at PUMA's Understated Han Kjøbenhavn Collaboration
The Danish label reworks some classic PUMA pieces.
Fresh from unveiling its second joint collection with Amsterdam’s Daily Paper, PUMA has now announced its latest collaborator, the high-end Danish brand Han Kjøbenhavn. This collection is led by Han Kjøbenhavn‘s founders and takes inspiration from their upbringing, local sports and suburban architecture.
The line features both apparel and footwear with Han Kjøbenhavn reworking classic PUMA pieces. Some of the key apparel include a wool trench coat influenced by football terrace wear and a thick zip-up sweater inspired by cold Danish winters, as well as accessories such as a versatile backpack and a fisherman beanie.
For footwear, Han Kjøbenhavn reinvented the sportswear brand’s iconic Clyde silhouette, giving the shoe an understated makeover with premium leather uppers and co-branding only visible on the outside. The Copenhagen-based label also takes on PUMA’s new Tsugi Kori silhouette, wrapping the sneaker in a plush suede and leather as well as a knitted ankle collar.
Take a look at the collection’s video lookbook below, and then check out some other recent PUMA collaborations, including a two sneaker pack with Solebox and a race-themed Tsugi Blaze with Sneakerness.
