Kodak & Girl Skateboards Collaborate on a Film-Inspired Collection
Each piece comes with an 8mm short film.
Kodak and Girl Skateboards have come together to create a collection celebrating the latter’s filmmaking history, the former’s new Super8 camera, and skateboarding in general. The collection includes an offering of skateboards, wheels, and printed apparel, which is accompanied by an original 8mm short film. The short film features the Girl Skateboards team on the road traveling from Seattle, Washington to San Francisco, California — which is all recorded on Kodak’s Super8 camera.
The video has appearances by Andrew Brophy, Cory Kennedy, Sean Malto, Mike Carroll, Rick Howard, Rick McCrank, Simon Bannerot and Tyler “Manchild” Pacheco.
