The Hundreds's Latest Eyewear Collection Pays Homage to Janis Joplin & Natalie Wood
Pick up the “Natalie” and “Text” now.

For The Hundreds‘s 2017 eyewear collection we get a look at new renditions of the brand’s two exclusive frames, the “Tex” and the “Natalie,” both of which take inspiration from two iconic female pop culture icons. With the first, a camouflaged version of the Tex, the Los Angeles imprint pays homage to ’60s rock-and-roll legend Janis Joplin. It features a camo-inspired tortoise frame, orange mirrored lenses, and a Joplin quote on one of the stems that reads “You can destroy your now by worrying about tomorrow.”
The second pair of shades takes its influence from Hollywood icon Natalie Wood. The aptly named Natalie sunglasses attempts to emulate the elegance, beauty and class that embodied 1950’s Hollywood with a sleek, matte black exterior and grey lenses. Additionally, this model also includes a special quote of Natalie’s that reads “The constant attention is what is so difficult.”
Both pieces are currently available at The Hundreds’s flagship locations and online.
