Last month, Diplo remained focused on his Major Lazer project releasing a video for their joint single with Travis Scott, Quavo and Camila Cabello, “Know No Better.” Now, the globetrotting hitmaker has revealed plans for a star-studded new project of his own. Stopping by the iHeartRadio studios, Diplo announced a new EP effort while taking part in his latest major interview. “I have an EP coming out actually next month,” Diplo shares. Explaining that this forthcoming project will revolve around “a bunch of rap music,” Diplo says that D.R.A.M., Desiigner and his “Forever Young” collaborator Lil Yachty will be featured on the EP. During a previous sit-down with Zane Lowe for Beats 1, the producer-DJ also mentioned the possibility of releasing a new collaboration with Post Malone.

Eager fans can expect Diplo’s new EP — and his first “solo” project of 2017 — to arrive sometime in September.

At the beginning of the summer, Diplo began the season by dropping a joint single with Young Thug, Rich the Kid and Rich Chigga called “Bankroll.”
