'Wonder Woman 2' Gets an Official Release Date

After DC & Warner Bros. confirmed that Wonder Woman 2 was happening at Comic-Con, the studio has given the movie a release date. Gal Gadot will reprise her role as the female heroine and the movie will see a December 19, 2019 release. Wonder Woman, which was directed by Patty Jenkins, broke DC’s domestic box office record by grossing a total of $872.7 million USD worldwide. It’s unknown if Jenkins will direct the sequel as she’s still in talks with the studio.

In the meantime, you can catch Wonder Woman in the upcoming Justice League movie which is slated for a November 17 release.
